At approximately 8:17 this morning, a 5,000 by 15,000 meter brick wall appeared just outside the upper stratosphere. When I say it appeared, I am, by no means exaggerating the event. One minute there was nothing but empty space and the next, there was a wall. No one knew why or how it got there, but the world instantly flew into a frenzy. Every newspaper had a picture of the wall on the front page. And people talked. People always talk. Whenever something serious happens, people just talk until it goes away. I’m not sure which is more dangerous, talking until it’s forgotten, or doing something about it. Because this time, it did not stop at just talk.
